Welcome! As the rector of St. Francis Church, I have offered over the past few years to facilitate meditations for the Advent and Lenten seasons, written by and for the people of St. Francis Church and their friends. We've done that in the past with emails but this Lent I want to move to this format, which I hope will serve us well. The meditations are based on the readings from The Daily Office Lectionary which can be found on-line at http://satucket.com/lectionary/
Posts will be made for each of the forty days of Lent, intended more to raise questions than offer easy answers and to explore faith rather than settle doctrine.
